Morten Jurs
Morten holds a Master of Science/MBA from the University of Wyoming. He has significant experience from the pharma- and diagnostic industry. He is currently CEO of SpinChip Diagnostics AS and sits on the Board of Atea ASA. Morten has previous experience as CFO and CEO of Pronova Biopharma ASA, as CEO of Stamina Group as well as partner with an investment firm. Through his work Morten worked with companies undergoing rapid development and the has gain broad experience with transactions through M&A, Aqisitions, IPOs and he recently headed up the successful sale of SpinChip to BioMèrieu.

Camilla Huse Bondesson
Camilla holds an Executive MBA from Stockholm University and is currently Chairman of the Board of Immuneed AB and TdB Labs AB. Camilla has over 30 years of international operational and strategic experience from leading positions in companies in the biotechnology field, including as head of Behring Diagnostica AB, international product manager for Biacore, marketing manager for Amersham Biosciences (now Cytiva) and VP Marketing for Gyros AB.
Since 2004, Camilla has worked as a consultant and partner at Conlega, a consulting company focusing on Life Science.

Richard Kurtz
Richard is the Vice President of Corporate Business Development for Bio-Rad Laboratories, a life science research and clinical diagnostics company that has been serving customers worldwide since 1952. In his current role, Richard executes corporate strategies to deliver long-term company growth, focusing on acquisitions, strategic investments and corporate partnerships in both Life Science and Clinical Diagnostics.
Richard has over 20 years of industry experience. Previously, Richard was the Marketing Director for the Life Science Gene Expression Division, a role in which he managed product-line strategies, product development and global commercialization activities for one of Bio-Rad’s largest Life Science product portfolios. He has extensive experience in strategic business planning, technology assessment, product development and commercialization. Richard received his Ph.D in Molecular Biology from Northwestern University prior to transitioning into industry.

Thorvald Steen
Thorvald Steen was educated from Royal Norwegian Naval Academy in 1984. He left the Navy in 1990 and was employed by Norsk Hydro, Oil & Gas, which he left in 1999. For 20 years, he held various roles in the financial industry, both as a general manager and as a senior corporate advisor. The past four years Thorvald has been a private investor, board member and adviser, and holds positions as chairman and board member across diverse businesses.

Rune Sørum
Rune holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics (siviløkonom) from Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration. He is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Oslo, Norway. Rune is currently a Partner in Televenture Management.
Before joining Televenture, Rune was a private investor and a senior adviser for European companies working in both Asia and the Middle East.
Rune has held several board positions in Norwegian investment companies.

Ove Öhman
Ove has a Master of Science in Applied Physics from Linköping University. He is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in the life science and diagnostics industries. Over the past two decades, he has founded or co-founded several companies, including Åmic (1998), Ginolis (2008), Fiomi (2011), Vanadis (2014), Astrego (2016), Moleculent (2021), and Readily Diagnostics (2022).
He has served as CEO in several of these ventures and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Readily Diagnostics. He is also a board member of Enaiblers, Moleculent, and Samplefacts.
