Today, December 8, 2023, Genetic Analysis AS (“GA” or the “Company”) publishes an information memorandum relating to the Company’s forthcoming subsequent offering with gross proceeds of up to approximately NOK 9 million and 11,392,405 new shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Subsequent Offering”). The subscription period begins on Monday, December 11, 2023.   • Announcement of the final outcome of the Subsequent Offering: around December 27, 2023
